RentNation is a free-to-play, web-based multiplayer property trading game. The service is provided "as is" and we reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the service at any time without notice.

You agree not to use the service to:

• Engage in abusive, harassing, or toxic behavior towards other players.
• Use inappropriate, offensive, or discriminatory display names.
• Exploit bugs, use unauthorized scripts, or otherwise interfere with the fair play of the game.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our servers or other players' sessions.

4. Intellectual Property

RentNation is an independent game. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Hasbro, Inc. or the Monopoly brand. All game mechanics, visual assets, and code are the property of their respective creators. You may not copy, modify, or distribute our assets without permission.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, RentNation shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the service.

We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of the service after such changes constitutes your consent to the updated terms.
